چکیده

Instruments measuring spectral reflectance are extensively used by many researchers to determine the relationship between grain yield (GY), quality, and physiological traits of bread wheat genotypes at different developmental stages. This study was carried out under rain-fed conditions in 2019-2020 2020-2021 growing seasons Muş province. The experiment set up a randomized block experimental design with 3 replicates. Except flowering stage chlorophyll content (FSC), statistically significant differences were determined among level p≤0.01 all examined characteristics. More explicitly, G6, G8, G10, Müfitbey, Hanlı Metin terms GY; Cemre, Kenanbey Bezostaja 1 as regards quality traits; Ekiz, G9 regard found genotypes. Biplot model analysis, genotype-trait stability relationship, showed that thousand weight (TGW) plant height (PH) positively associated both GY Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI). be related canopy temperature (CT) heading time (HT) negatively. Notably, NDVI protein ratio. Hanlı, Metin, G10 established high-yielded stabile which least affected from environmental

Study of Grain Yield and Agro-Physiological Characteristics of Some Promising Rainfed Bread Wheat Genotypes under No-Till Condition

In order to evaluate the productivity potential of some bread wheat varieties and promising lines under no-till rainfed condition two different on-farm trials were conducted in cold (Sonqor) and warm (Sarpol-e Zahab) regions of Kermanshah province during 2017-18 cropping season. In the cold condition, 12 winter genotypes and in the warm condition 32 spring genotypes were evaluated for grain ...

Evaluation of some physiological and biochemical characteristics of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genotypes under salinity stress

Since about 20% of the world's arable land and 50% of productions in the world are subject to salinity stress, it affects all stages of plant life from germination to seed production. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of salinity stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics of some wheat cultivars. For this purpose, a factorial experiment was conducted in a complete...

Bread Wheat Quality: Some Physical, Chemical and Rheological Characteristics of Syrian and English Bread Wheat Samples

The relationships between breadmaking quality, kernel properties (physical and chemical), and dough rheology were investigated using flours from six genotypes of Syrian wheat lines, comprising both commercially grown cultivars and advanced breeding lines. Genotypes were grown in 2008/2009 season in irrigated plots in the Eastern part of Syria. Grain samples were evaluated for vitreousness, test...

Comparison of Leaf Sheath Transcriptome Profiles with Physiological Traits of Bread Wheat Cultivars under Salinity Stress.

Salinity stress has significant negative effects on plant biomass production and crop yield. Salinity tolerance is controlled by complex systems of gene expression and ion transport. The relationship between specific features of mild salinity stress adaptation and gene expression was analyzed using four commercial varieties of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum) that have different levels of salini...
